He needed a test subject for both his serum and his handy dandy serum-injecting device and he needed one fast! Lucky for Dr. Emerson, Harry the intern was still working late in the research lab that night and it would be a matter of moments that Harry would be considerably less hairy. Good thing Dr. Emerson still had those shackles from his experiments with Genghis the Gorilla!
