Here's an idea... A paladin and a warlock are fighting a dragon in some epic "Frank Frazetta-esque" style. The dragon breathes a poisonous cloud of something at them and the two both try to cast a spell to stop it. The two magics intertwine and go haywire, turning the paladin into a cartoony devil gal and the paladin into a similar looking angel. The two then use their new powers to turn the dragon into a Disney looking princess. The ending would have the princess still being huge (the size of a dragon) and the two heroes/heroines becoming her shoulder angel and devil. My thought for an ending gag was something like the shoulder devil giving the giant princess some lewd ideas of what to do with the "Frazetta" looking barbarian who just showed up and is confused. To make it more cartoony maybe the shoulder angel isn't paying attention to them because she's too distracted, giving a Tex Avery-esque reaction to the muscly warrior.

a prudish geek is perusing issues of comics at a local hobby store, but he takes issue with the particular issue that he’s reading: a cheesecake-centric work that mostly serves as a thinly veiled excuse to draw the ditzy-but-extraordinarly-endowed heroine in a variety of compromising scenarios he puts the magazine roughly back on the shelf, but doesnt notice the sample ACME portable hole slip out from between its pages and land on the floor in front of him he tumbles through it inadvertently, and is left in an odd locale he’s not familiar with every step forward brings some degree of cartoonish slapstick with it, but also, a change. an anvil landing on his head shrinks him down to petite proportions, a frat paddle to the buttocks burgeons them outwards, pie-or-rake to the face make it cherubically pretty, etc. the lastish change could bicycle pump’s nozzle landing in his mouth and pumping down once, shooting blonde locks outwards and making her a bit of an airhead (har-dee-har) the former geek, now a spitting image of the cartoon cutie he scoffed at before, poses in the same pin-up style as the print version did on the cover or maybe gets chased by tex-avery-esque leering wolves, to tie it all up with a nice bow
