As you know, my health has been up and down. I was able to maintain a productive surge early this month but have been experiencing some strange pain and tingling in my hands and legs. At first, I thought it was just withdrawing from my old medication but the pain has been getting progressively worse. It's been disrupting my sleep and work. I went to the emergency room today and they believe I may be suffering from neuropathy in my legs and arms due to the way I've been sitting while drawing and the way I sleep with my legs hanging off my bed. I was somewhat relieved as I feared maybe I was suffering from diabetes or some extensive damage to my nervous system. It's manageable and I believe with the proper posture and having a good idea with what's going on with my body I'm in the position to move forward a lot better. I'll be doing a follow-up with the doctor in a few weeks to make sure there is not some other complicating factor.
I've got some work done here and there since I posted the sequences early this month but, realistically, I suspect I'll only have a new page of "Cursed" completed by the end of the month. I'm going to try to squeeze in some other art and anticipate getting more done next month.
If anybody wishes to discontinue their pledges or wants a refund, it's completely understandable. I'll send you any art I owe you to your email or pay you back next month. I'm working through this but I'm taking none of you for granted. There's more of the comic "Cursed" coming, a new sequence involving a shrinking jogger, shrinking women, and more in the works.
Take care.

2020-02-04 11:04:07 +0000 UTCI do want to keep supporting you. But I just don't want to just pile on...like I said, I haven't updated since April, for fear I would just make it worse

2020-02-04 07:46:45 +0000 UTCI completely understand. I'll be tackling your updates this month, but if you wish to stop donating, I'll send you the art I owe you via email. Regardless, thank you for your support.

2020-02-03 11:03:38 +0000 UTCI'm glad it wasn't more serious as for supporting you...I really want to keep doing it. But it's hard when you see over a year of updates and not a single one of them had one of your rewards on it. I know you've been issues with health and I thank you for being transparent about it...which is making me feel really guilty that part of me just wants to stop supporting you until I get all the work owed so far..including adding more that I didn't want to add since the last time I DMed you in April of last year. I don't know what to do.

2020-02-03 10:52:35 +0000 UTCDone that to myself. I used to hook my feet around the back of chairs....my foot did not end up liking this.
2020-01-29 23:56:32 +0000 UTCI definitely know about pain through inadequate posture over the years... You can make it through it, trust me! I hope you feel better!

2020-01-29 01:08:55 +0000 UTCTake care of yourself! And thankfully it does sound like something that can be fixed in a relatively straightforward manner. And don't worry about me unpledging, I'm happy to stick around.

2020-01-28 23:55:47 +0000 UTCOof, I know a lot of people who've wound up suffering similar injuries. I hope you can get everything corrected soon. <3 Don't rush any of my patreon rewards.

2020-01-28 22:51:15 +0000 UTCI think patreon should be more about supporting the artist you like and not the rewards. π Yeah Cursed π

2020-01-28 22:38:51 +0000 UTCYou've given so much to the community; that alone is worth my pledge. You've worked too hard for something like your body to keep you down.
