Question for Supporters: Merch?

So, Patreon is launching a physical Merch reward option, apparantly? They way they describe it is if someone is subscribed at such & such a reward tier for three months, they'll get mailed physical goodies - currently stickers, tote bags, posters, mugs, t-shirts, and hoodies are available.
The idea of physical merch is interesting to me, although I would probably keep it at least maginally SFW just to make life easy (Sexy but not XXX, etc). I'm not convinced it's worth the investment in time and effort, or that Patreon's superior to other stores in that regard. So... I want y'all's opinions!
What do you think?
- Would merch in some fashion interest you? What merch?
- Traditional webstore (Cafepress, redbubble, etc.) or Patreon physical rewards, interest?

I'm not interested in merch because I have a bad habit of letting boxes pile up around the house.
