update (re: fundraising for new PC)

Hello! And sorry for the extended silence. Poni hopes you are doing well -- and Poni hopes you are doing better than Poni is! This will be a long message, so if you prefer that Poni get to the point: Poni would like to ask for your help in buying a new PC! Poni's laptop, "Raichu", died on August 6th. Raichu was Poni's main PC, which Poni used for everything: for arts, for work, and for gaming. Raichu was a 9-year-old laptop, but it was a fairly capable machine, and losing was a huge setback for Poni. The data stored on Raichu has been secured, and it appears no data was lost, which is good news! But Poni was unable to recover any hardware bits. This is partly because some parts may have been unusable, but also because some parts were stolen by the laptop repairperson. (The RAM was confirmed stolen when Poni tried to recover it for his replacement PC...) So, the experience has been bad for Poni in many respects, nei... Obtaining funds for a replacement PC has been difficult. Poni's living situation makes it hard for Poni to save any money. And because of Raichu's sudden loss, Poni's attempt to get back into the "coder" scene have been put on hold. (Not to mention Poni is currently unable to spend any time in Eorzea, with his beloved bf, gf, and pet...) Poni tries to be stoic about things, but Poni is trapped in a hard spot, nei. So, if you are able to help Poni, Poni would greatly appreciate it! Later today, on stream, Poni will start offering full color YCHs starting at $69! (Please note that these pictures will probably be worked on, and finished off-stream!) And over the weekend, Poni will create a new tier for SubscribeStar and Fanbox -- the "Hazel" tier! For $13 a month, you will get the same rewards as the "Anise" tier... but in higher resolution! Poni will also add even extra-er versions for his Hazel supporters.
