I think he'd forbid them to be friends at all if he knew. But true that he had a feeling yet couldn't believe it, like 'how my son would be friends with a homosexuals'? Generally he refers to Jk being different, that he wasn't rich, popular, with a high degree etc. and also that he was an artist (there's a clichรฉ that artists - not the popular ones are poor and have nothing to do) this refers to the fact that probably Tae told about his 'friend' to his parents, about his ideas and what he believes in. Definitely their new relationship could change the way Tae acts and this could alarm his father that it's all his new 'friend's' fault. I can't imagine what disappointment he would feel if he find out that his son is gay, damn ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

Seeing how strict his father is - he can't tell him anything against his will. As one of readers said Tae is stronger than Jeon, I agree, at this point he is stronger and i'm proud of him. He is the characters who is like a moral compass for Jeon now. Yet I'm proud of JK too. Imagine 4 years in a strongly homophobic environment like SK military, but he still was not ashamed of his identity. It's mainly his fear of fcking Tae's life up that keeps him from accepting him. And I appreciate both patient and impatient readers! Any kind of feedback is my motivation ๐

Wonderful part! I love the bright light in JK's atelier/flat. Makes me feel, that their relationship was full of light an hapiness before Tae was forced to marry. It's those present day scenes that are so sad I feel for him so much he looks cut off, lonely and conflicted there's a lot in his head ๐ซ There's lots of fragility here And my heart ๐ฅบ

Does he even know Tae is an instructor for the military? Now Tae is with Jungkook and he doesn't care anymore about what his father will think or do when he finds out. Otherwise he wouldn't be there. I think Tae is finally on the right path FOR HIMSELF when he was so heavily influenced by his parents in the beginning and now, he is fighting for what HE wants. Fuck everything else. He's fighting against his parents, society and Jungkook's resistance, because all Jungkook wants is to not "ruin" his life (brainwashed to think he is, when he's not.) I cannot wait for more. It's like a need LOL
