rules:
sommelier tier grants one entry, god tier grants 2 (it counts as one large entry so double chances)
every spin gives one point to the selected player :D
first one to reach 4 points wins a fullcolor drawing (simple, one subject, you give me the character, a general idea and i do the rest) (might get more complex but it depends on inspiration 💡)
second one to reach 4 points wins a sketch (same as fullcolor)
the players who end up not gaining any points will start the next wheel of fortune at 1 for better chances :D
