Book update - Sept. 2020
Added 2020-09-25 12:25:34 +0000 UTCHey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick heads-up as to where things stand with the 2020 book production process.
The books are coming along nicely, if not quite as quickly as I had hoped. I wrapped Virtual Boy Works over the Labor Day weekend, and currently I'm working with the printer to refine the 3D gallery section. The anaglyphic 3D works for some people but not others, so I'm fine-tuning it a little now to take another stab at it. However, it may end up being one of those things where it works for some and not others no matter what I do—that's the nature of this beast.
I put in nearly a full week's worth of work on the VB book over that holiday weekend and burned myself out a little, but after taking a week off of book endeavors I'm back on the task for Super NES Works and am trying to make up for lost time. Currently I have 24 pages of additional sidebar content to write, which I'm tackling at the page of a page or two per day. After that, I'll need to take a bunch of photos to plaster the book with. But I really think I can have this squared away by the end of October. Fingers crossed!
Anyway, the next book-related update here should be a PDF of Virtual Boy Works. Look for it soon, hopefully.
