Hey everyone, it looks like I won't be maintaining the usual video advance posting schedule this week. I've been pretty sick the past few days and have not had the energy or concentration necessary to do any writing and recording… and I couldn't record a video script anyway, since I don't currently have much of a voice. Fortunately, I recorded the Super Mario Land redux audio a couple of weeks ago to save for a rainy day, and it's looking pretty rainy now. So that'll be along as soon as I'm able to work up the energy for it.

On the better side of things, I may not have been able to write the past few days, but I could definitely handle editing and photography. So, I was able to finish up Game Boy Works Vol. I, the hardcover compilation of the first Game Boy World books. It's going through a round or two of third-party copy edits now, but I expect to wrap it up completely by the end of March. I'm not sure what the actual timing on publishing will be — that depends on Fangamer's schedule, and they may want to wait until Vol. II is complete. Speaking of which… that should be this summer. My next goal with Video Works is to focus on wrapping up the second volume of Game Boy coverage. That's 50 games total, which means there are 15 games left to cover. Should take about four months if I concentrate just on Game Boy. Which is the plan.

So, thanks for bearing with me while my skull is filled with disease. We'll resume our normal schedule hopefully very soon.
