Game Boy Works #095: Mr. Chin's Gourmet Paradise

I have never seen or heard of this game outside of the context of this video series. Who thought this was a good idea? Romstar, I suppose, but… why? It's not the worst game on Game Boy, but it feels terribly unfinished, as if it were meant to sell through the sheer charisma of Mr. Chin (did you know he was a corporate mascot character!?). Yeah, I dunno. This is a weird one.
