I've output this one as two-page spreads rather than as single pages; the layouts look much nicer than way. But if for some reason you find this format unacceptable, I can output a single-page version.
As for print books: I'm waiting on some file tweaks to be approved, but I expect those to go through without any trouble. So I should begin ordering print editions for book-tier backers within the next few days. Once those are taken care of, this volume will go up for sale on Amazon.com (and international Amazon sites as well). If you're a book-tier person who hasn't responded to my call for mailing address confirmations... you really ought to do that ASAP!

Very nice looking book! I'll be purchasing a physical copy off Amazon as soon as it is up for sale! I really enjoyed '89 and '90 pt. 1 looks very promising, can't wait to really dig into it.
