GBW script and a question
Added 2016-01-16 22:26:06 +0000 UTCHi everyone, here's the script for the next Game Boy World. It took a little longer than usual because it's (1) two games that (2) are in Japanese and (3) terrible. What have I gotten myself into with this endeavor!?
Also, a question regarding the upcoming changes to this Patreon campaign: Should I go with the existing monthly campaign format, or should I revert back to a per-item schedule (in this case it would be per-video)? I originally used a per-item format but changed it because I was producing content so frequently it became unreasonably expensive for some contributors... and then, ironically, life took a swerve and my productivity dropped. I'm wondering if going back to the a la carte approach might not be best.
Some things to note about a potential per-item approach: First, you can set a monthly contribution limit! Secondly, I'm unlikely to be produce more than 5-6 videos in a given month, so it wouldn't be like before where I was churning out three paid posts per week. (Dropping Anatomy of Games and going into greater depth with my videos than in those early GBW episodes makes a big difference in output frequency...)
Either format is fine with me as long as I'm bringing in enough cash to pay for the materials I need to produce videos. What I want to know is, what's best for you? Please let me know. The more feedback the better!
And please enjoy this script for two very poor games.

I like the idea you guys had for retronauts. Like, I wouldn't mind upping it to $2 a month. I think you might lose some with the per video though.

2016-01-18 05:59:25 +0000 UTCI'd prefer paying more per-month if there isn't a rigid release schedule. I have been considering raising my monthly contribution already. If you really want to go the per-item route, I'd probably stick with a dollar per, just to keep the cost from going too high.

2016-01-17 19:25:51 +0000 UTCHmm, I wouldn't mind either, but sometimes monthly feels more fair, it's tip jar for whatever you feel up to doing. Per item works when it's fairly regular, but if you have a really up month, a pay limit can make me I feel like I'm ripping you off.

2016-01-17 00:49:32 +0000 UTCI have to add my vote to the monthly option as well, I like supporting you regardless of the amount of content you release in a given time frame.
