Making sausage is a messy affair

This was captured for the upcoming Anatomy of Games book for the sake of still screens — which means I didn't really fret too much about creating a smooth, watchable video. I paused frequently to orient myself and find hidden items, and I even started over altogether after some screwups (along with flailing attempts to remember the button combos to reveal secrets for each stage). Not a fun watch, I guess, but the magic of frame-by-frame editing means that if I ever use this for an Anatomy video I can neatly excise all the pauses and mistakes.
The color of this video is again skewed a bit to the warm end of the spectrum, which appears to be a quirk of my capture device rather than of the system's output. The color will be adjusted in the book and in any video productions!
Anyway, enjoy this clumsy peek behind the production curtain.
