Game Boy World video capture test

The new capture gear for Game Boy World (and hopefully future systems to come) is set up and I threw together a quick comparison between its output quality and the footage I used for the Super Mario Land retrospective. Pretty stunning difference, even compressed on YouTube. I'm not sure if anyone but me REALLY cares about this, but I'm happy to have basically the best possible authentic (that is, recorded from actual hardware and cartridges) footage possible in these videos. Would you be interested in seeing unedited game footage added to the gallery section of each article as well?

Oh, sorry, I mentioned on the YT page but not here. It's an RGB-modded Super NES/Super Game Boy using an external upscaled. It's the clearest possible way to capture footage from the actual carts rather than using emulation. As you can tell by the sound differences, emulation is a good approximation but lacks the clarity/quality of the real thing.

Wow, that is a pretty big difference. Out of curiosity, what are you using to capture the video? Also, I would be interested in seeing the unedited game footage. A lot of times when I read about a game I'm not familiar with, I like seeing how it actually plays. Obviously I'm getting that with the main video, but I wouldn't mind seeing some straight gameplay.
