2026-02-06 05:17:43 +0000 UTCFor Aurelia, it isn't enough that the emperor is fulfilling her dream of attending the collegium, promising to protect her home, and offering to make her his empress. Yet all Lucian has done is show her disdain and contempt, and boss her around. I think we can tell what her preferences are. But on a more serious side, Aurelia might actually be grateful to Lucian now. Before, he had ruined her plans, took her extra lives from her, and forced her to do as he said, with the threat of death hanging over her head. Now, she knows that he basically saved her and her entire family from being made slaves to the demons, and that the extra lives were a poisoned apple. She does actually have reasons to like him. Still don't understand why she was acting so cooperative before. I also can't help but think about her tactic of using vulnerability as a manipulation tool. Makes me question every time she gets sad, or acts aggrieved.

I also wonder if Belcourt will now suspect Lucian is behind everything different (or if Cyril will suspect he is t really Lucian).
