Sleepy Sister - Chapter 14

This chapter was finished sometime in February; it just needed some editing, which I finally got around to doing.
As for the vote, I've already chosen the one I'll update this month; you shall see when it arrives. I'll just say it now, though: It's not Power Scaled. I will do another vote with Power Scaled in it, and I'm almost 100% sure it'll win that one anyway. Let's be honest with ourselves.
