Any character from cartoons/anime, games or comic/manga who didn't got popular or doesn't get a los of fanart can enter (not OCs, background characters like the mermaids from Disney Peter Pan can enter).
All the entries will be added to a poll on Friday night and then the 2 winners announced on Sunday.
Current winners (Weekly and SD) can't add entries until next week.
