I am happy to present to you the new Caltonia World Map!
A lot of things were new to me in this one, especially drawing creatures - the idea was to show different mystical sea beasts around the border and it turned out as one of my favourite maps of all time.
It all started with the sketch as usual:
I experimented with colors and added a few extra details like clouds and textures on the way. Drawing the border was a really fun experience, I will definitely do more in the future.
