Today will be a beach day. Not a lot of volunteer work today, but we’ll have a look at the waves, sunshine, and surf.

Sasha and I will head to the beach this morning to relax a little and see the festival site. It should be a pretty low-key day, but I hope you’ll stick around.

Meanwhile, I’m going to start off the day with a shower, but you’ll have to catch most of that in a separate post so I can keep the diary FREE and Public.

I wonder how many “deep thoughts” I’ve had when the water is hot and running? More than enough to fill a book, I’d wager.

Well, I’ll spare you the giant info dump just now!

I’m wondering how many of you put “hot shower” near the top of your favorite things list! I know I do.

Some Sunshine And Sand

Sasha and I hit the beach! And what a grand day it is!

We visited the festival site and a lot of things are going up! Tia is working with so many vendors and contractors getting everything set up. It’s totally amazing.

After we looked around, we decided to just walk along the sandy beach. It’s a great day!

We’re just going to hang out here for most of the day, then grab some dinner.

I’m planning one of my typical goodnight posts, of course, so see you then.

Goodnight From Miami Beach

Well, it was a great day. As you see, I’m modeling some red lace for my goodnight post.

Things with the festival are pretty much ready to go. Oh, there will be some work to do right up to the last minute.

Meanwhile, a lot of people are jumping into Humanitarian Housing projects and getting their hands dirty. Sasha and I will be back at it tomorrow.

I hope those of you readers who can’t make it to Miami will consider looking around your own community for ways you can get involved. I think it would be crazy if 10% of my followers pitched in and did something! And if you did it and commented what you did, that would be insane!

Or maybe I’m just insane?
