Hello, readers! I’m still in Istanbul and Sasha is still hanging out with me. We are having a good time and have seen a lot.

We’ve been talking about what to do next, once we wrap up here. Ideas are rattling around, but nothing concrete yet! Sasha’s organization skills will sure help make things easier. I’ve never had an assistant, but I’m kinda getting used to it.

It’s probably not right to say “assistant” to be honest. She’s definitely a friend first, now.

I came to the bathroom to say “good morning” because she’s still sleeping.

If you can’t tell, Patreon is the main platform for the stories I write. I share a lot of things there FREE and when I can, Public, meaning you don’t even have to sign up. But if you want to catch the most FREE content, join as a free member. I’d really like some interaction on the short fiction I put there.

Or is it that people only want pictures? I don’t know…

Anyway, I’ve thought more about my diary format. I thought having every in a post of its own entry would be easier. Well, it is definitely more flexible. But, I’m not sure it’s easier.

New plan. I’ll split the diary entry if any of them need to be for Members or Supporters only. Otherwise, I’ll just have one entry, and will EDIT it as I go if need be. You probably don’t actually care… LOL. That’s my plan, anyway. Post as I go, editing as possible and adding new entities when necessary.

Well, we have a little sight-seeing to get in today. We’re not trying to exhaust ourselves, so we are taking our time!

The Basilica Cistern

Utterly. Amazing. Sasha and I are at the Basilica Cisterns in Istanbul.

All I can add is that it is AMAZING! I suppose my Istanbul Instagram followers could say a lot more. I’d like to say to them that they have a great city and I’m having fun exploring it.

Out Looking For Fun

After our tour of the Basilica Cistern, Sasha and I enjoyed a traditional Istanbul dinner at a fine restaurant. Then, we went back to the hotel, changed, and set out to find something fun to do.

The area we are in is very nice; Istanbul has a lot of good places for tourists, and we’re lucky to be able to find them. We heard there was a dance club nearby, so we went looking for it

Now, you might say me deciding to be barefoot was dumb. I’m not sure you would be wrong, but I avoid shoes almost as much as I avoid bras! Almost… Both are necessary, at times, I suppose, and I’d argue for me shoes more so than bras!

Anyway…

We found the club and it is really nice. It has an Istanbul feel, but I don’t think anyone would say it was strictly a Turkish atmosphere. We’re having a blast!

Naturally, I’ll check in later to say goodnight! See you then!
