Waking Up In Luxury

As you can see, I’ve been up. This place is amazing! I don’t know if it’s normal, but while I was in the bathroom, housekeeping came in and made the bed. (They asked through the closed bathroom door, of course!)

Sasha and I have a light day planned. We are going to meet up after lunch and visit one of the grand tourist attractions of Istanbul. I’m sure it will be amazing.

Aside from that, we are going to take it easy. Get our bearings and relax a little.

I heard from Izzy last night. She’s back in the states on the east coast doing a baseball game. I’ll post a picture of that if she sends it.

Of course, I’ll be back to say goodnight!

Turkish Lunch

I’m not sure it is “authentic” Turkish food, but it was delicious! While Sasha opted for a salad from the hotel restaurant, I ventured into the streets of Istanbul and found a restaurant that seemed to be popular.

I have to say that I totally enjoyed it. The spices and sauces where amazing.

While I’m here, I’m going to go through some of my old photo sessions and see if I can get out some content. I wonder, sometimes, if I should do more or less photo sessions. I’d love to hear your opinion.

After lunch, we are visiting Dolmabahce Palace. It is supposed to be amazing.

Dolmabahce Palace

Sasha and I have been here for over an hour and I feel like we’ve seen hardly anything! It’s so ornate and it feels like it’s dripping with history!

Tripadvisor says, “This palace was built in the mid 1800s to replace an earlier structure that was made of wood. The new palace incorporated sixteen separate buildings with stables, a flour mill and a clock tower among them.”

It is so grand! Sasha and I have enjoyed every step we’ve taken, and I believe we have a lot more to take, if we want to see it all.

What do you think? Push through in one day or come back again another time?

Calling It A Day

Well, it started slowly, but that palace tour filled the whole afternoon. We could easily spend more time there, and we might!

I’m really looking forward to my time here. I don’t know how long we’ll stay, but I’m sure it will be amazing!

While I’m here, I’m going to keep working on the storylines for Patreon. They are really the thing that, in my opinion, makes Ailana Geven Creates different from others out there. I don’t know… Do stories appeal to people? I’d like to hear some thoughts on that.

And if not stories, then what?

I launched myself into being a “digital creator” without a whole lot of forethought. I feel like what I can offer that is different from most others is interesting stories illustrated with AI art.

I'd really like some feedback, if you have time.

Well, I’m looking forward to tomorrow. Sasha and I are going to explore a little.
