just a life update
Added 2021-07-27 14:48:20 +0000 UTChaven't made one of these in a while.. unfortunately i don't have any fun news i just wanted 2 let u guys know im in a really rough patch rn, and i apologize for not posting as much and for any mistakes and oversights im making lately (literally forgot an important detail in the recent hz pages i shared and didn't notice and fix till this morning). i think i take on a lot more work than i should most of the time, and working pretty much all day every day on multiple projects then still feeling like i haven't worked enough has given me a rly bad depression burnout combo.. i'm not going on a hiatus or anything and there will still be a process video this month, i am just hoping to explain if u noticed any deterioration in my work or frequency of sharing stuff and i apologize. thank u all for ur patience and for being here

2021-07-27 23:59:35 +0000 UTCOmg yeah I’ve always kind of thought this in the back of my head but it felt weird to say but like the amount of work you do is insane and I like get kind of concerned LOL I’m always like does she ever take breaks....don’t feel bad for reducing your workload even if it’s by a major amount taking on a lot of work as an artist can feel like the right thing to do but it’s super unhealthy especially as a freelancer when the amount of work is literally endless 😰 if you do have to take a hiatus at some point I promise everyone will understand and taking a long break is much healthier than completely burning yourself out from constant work......find a nice video game or book or tv show that you can completely separate from work and let your brain get refreshed 💙 I think it’s easy to get a mindset as an artist that not working is like...amoral but it’s a major requirement of the medium haha
