2023-11-13 03:53:56 +0000 UTCsorry for the late reply i didnt see the notif till rn !! i used calligraphr and made multiple different fonts of my handwriting so i could switch it up and have it look (hopefully) more natural. also thank u so much thats so sweet T_T i'm not sure if i could pinpoint specific comic artists as influences since i mostly focused on animation/drawing up until dropping out of college then just sort of winged it wrt comics LOL but some ppl whose comics work i love would be coco paluck, eddy atoms, iggy craig, rica takashima, junko mizuno.. probably many more i can't think of rn.. also i dont mind chatting on patreon in comments/messages ^_^ there's also a discord (linked in the welcome post) with a questions channel for me if u prefer that :3 but im ok w whatever, thank u for joining btw !

I tried years back but had a lot of trouble with kerning and size etc. also yeah hand lettering goes perfectly with your style!! the whole thing has such a charming diy vibe to it that i really admire. sometimes i get bogged down adding detail to my own art at the cost of losing the fluidity and expressiveness i want to achieve & its really inspiring seeing how effectively your work embodies those traits in its simplicity !! are there any particular comics/artists that have inspired the way you draw? (i hope u dont mind me being chatty, im not sure what the normal social protocol of patreon is, im just excited)
