The Road Ahead!

Thanks to everyone who's hopped on board the Spectre Creations train! As May comes to a close, I wanted to keep you all up to date on what your support means and our goals going forward.

First things first, I have updated the Tiers/rewards. With the launch of Phase 3 of the BETA last week, all patrons now receive immediate access to The Gauntlet: Arena System and the Heroes of the Gauntlet Compendium. As such, Master of the Gauntlet and Arena Master: Sage patrons are entitled to better rewards! I have also created two new levels at $3 and $7.

• The new Fan Favorite ($3) Tier will allow patrons access to weekly polls to give input on what Arena Encounter Guide, Optional Rule, or Character Option they would like to see released next!
• In addition to the new weekly polls, the Master of the Gauntlet ($5) Tier now earns patrons a custom-tailored Pregenerated Arena for The Gauntlet each month with input upon request! (e.g. "Lots of undead!")
• The new Exalted Champion ($7) Tier lets patrons play The Gauntlet in a session run by me at least once a month! (via Roll20) I will work with patrons of this Tier and the Arena Master: Sage Tier to coordinate times that work for a full session, ideally for at least 3-4 patrons at a time, but 1 or 2 player Arenas are also possible. Anyone who hasn't used Roll20 before or isn't comfortable with the platform can request a crash course from me before we play.
• And finally, Arena Master: Sage ($9+) patrons—in addition to all previous rewards and access to The Arena Master's Study—will now be listed with special thanks at the beginning of the Heroes of the Gauntlet Compendium and printed in the front of future editions of The Gauntlet!

 Most importantly, your support helps make it possible for me to continue developing The Gauntlet with your awesome feedback and to release two new character options. every. week! Typically this means new subclasses and new race options, but monsters, magic items, and other character options are also always on the table!

We're doing pretty well progressing toward a website. The goal with that is to primarily use it to host a score tracking/leaderboard system for players of The Gauntlet to compare their Arena runs and compete against other players! It will also help facilitate distribution of The Gauntlet and related releases.
    The intention is to continue using Reddit and Discord as the primary means of The Gauntlet discussion and releasing new character options. It will be quite an undertaking getting a clean and effective website up and running, but I can't wait until we hit that goal and can drive some friendly competition within the system! :D
