Perspective Experiment
Added 2021-10-17 19:29:32 +0000 UTCAn unfinished story I've had sitting around for a while and could never come up with a good way to continue. It ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, but the point was never really to finish it, just to play around with things.
In this instance, we have Asrielle telling Elaria about various things that happened to her before she left her family home. The experiment here is the perspective: it's written such that the audience fills in for Elaria, and there is no narration whatsoever because the entire story is spoken by Asrielle.
There is, of course, some backstory about Asrielle in here that hasn't otherwise been revealed elsewhere, so if you'd rather keep guessing about her, you can skip this one.
Also keep in mind that this is more than a year old by now, and I don't have any plans to finish it in the foreseeable future.
