Accessing the Peer Support Discord Server

Each week we have live facilitated peer support groups. There's also an active general voice/video chat community, as well as text based channels covering a wide range of topics.
It's an incredibly supportive community, and a valuable resource to anyone living with schizophrenia!
The link above shows instructions for how to connect your patreon account to discord in order to gain access to the server. Discord is a free to use app which we use to host the community. You can get the app on your phone, computer, or even just using a web browser.
If anyone needs any help setting things up, let me know!
