Hi Lauren, thank you so much for the content of this video. I truly resonate with this experience, I have experienced it so many times in my life. I am 21 years old now, and since as long as I can remember this is a true narrative for putting my feelings on it into the form of words. I was diagnosed Bipolar Disorder in my teens. I have a question I would politely like to ask informally… Generally speaking is this more so a symptom of Schizophrenia, or can it be a symptom of Bipolar? I show symptoms of both disorders regardless, but I am curious and learning. Thanks Lauren and Rob! Steven

I was wondering what are most people's triggers, so that I can avoid these when it comes to the person affected.

Psychosis to me felt like I was in a movie. My experience was terrifying and incredibly frustrating because I couldn’t figure out what was happening around me. I also felt like I was being followed or stalked, my paranoia was through the roof. I was delusional, hallucinating, paranoid, confused and I was a danger to myself but I did not realize that my experience of reality had shifted.
