The worst I get on this front, is "there's nothing wrong with you". Its so patronising and degrading, and sends you down on a spiral.

Well presenting is a great term! I hope more people adopt it. We are like ducks well presenting on the surface but racing beneath the surface. Its why I enjoy my quite times after trying hide my symptoms at work and social situations.
