I was dismissed because the voices weren’t clearly outside my head. I knew it wasn’t my inner voice or a dialectic. Moreover, it was multiple. However, when you’re young, don’t understand, scared, successful, etc., you’re afraid. You adapt and overcome. Looking back , I don’t understand how exactly, but I did. Now, I’m working through a quieter mind, which is eerie. Plus, I can start to deal with my PTSD now finally.

I wanted to thank you for your content. Your older video on voice simulations opened my eyes to my diagnosis as I was misdiagnosed for two decades but had early treatment that impacted my SAD.

Very well said. God bless you and anyone who has to deal with mental illness. I love the way this puts everyone dealing with mental illness on a level playing field. By the way you look amazing. Lauren. I remember a video a while back where you said you were stuck in a dead end job and wanting to find something we're you could contribute more to making a difference in the world. Well you definitely have found it. Where I am sorry that you have to deal with mental health issues, you are helping so many people. Love to you and Rob and may you continue to make these videos. I would like to encourage those who are not patrons to sign up and give what they can.

I feel as if it’s common for a lot of us with schizoaffective disorder to first be diagnosed with bipolar or depression with psychotic features before getting the correct diagnosis. I was given bipolar with psychotic features until my mood was stabilised by medication and I still was experiencing psychosis! I can see how easy it can be to get them confused for sure!
