Excellent video, Lauren. I prefer my son's diagnoses to be specific- Schizoaffective Disorder Depressive Type vs. a diagnoses somewhere along the continuum. It makes it easier for me to understand. Keep up the good work and take are of yourself!

Your work on this site and youtube is truly inspirational and I very much enjoy your content and presentation approach which is empathetic, bold, informative and insightful.
I think the way you bravely contextualise and explain schizophrenia gives a voice to many people who would not otherwise be heard and you raise awareness of a condition that is widely misunderstood by the wider public. I studied Psychology at university and since graduating I have worked with many people with schizophrenia to successfully leave hospital and live well with schizophrenia and your videos show the world what amazing things can be achieved by people living with schizophrenia.
Well done and keep up the great work!
