I found this very helpful, I’ve worked with people with schizophrenia who are leaving hospital to move back into their community and despite all the reading in the world I will never truly know what the person is experiencing. With this video it helps give me an insight as to how much store I can place in these ‘simulations’ to aid my understanding further thanks for the talk through I really enjoyed it 👍

Hi Lauren, thanks for making this video, as someone with Schizo-affective disorder, I've definitely had experiences similar to this. It was great to hear your commentary, it was very relatable and made me feel not as alone. It can be difficult to find people with the illness unless in hospital, so it's been really great finding relatable content on YouTube.
