I didn’t go home this year because I’m trying to save some vacation days for later next year before I head overseas. Church people I know though brought me cookies and hot coco which was really sweet n just chilled n watched some Christmas movies. I hope your month went well!

It’s totally understandable that you have been stressing about it and losing sleep over it cause it is UNSETTLING as you said but I’m glad it all seems to be calming down on her side. Anastasia is a movie I’ve always heard of but never watched, considering you said it has Christmas vibes I’ll probably give it a watch. VRchat being one of those games where it REALLY depends who you play with as it is a social game. its either weird as hell or the some of the funniest interactions you’ll ever have with strangers, just sucks how someone decided to impersonate you 😭 personally i try to avoid speaking considering how people react to my voice ☹️

My procedure was remarkably quick and painless; the worst thing was the feeling of irritation for a couple of days while the incision site healed. It kinda feels like you have sand in your eyes, but it's well worth dealing with that for 2-3 days to not have to wear glasses or contacts anymore, imo. The other thing is that I've noticed my eyes dry out more quickly than they did when I wore glasses, so I recommend stocking up on eye drops if you do end up going through with the surgery. Also, really sorry you had to deal with that creepy AI business. Glad it seems to be behind you now, though! I hope whoever was running that operation gets actual sand in their eye for at least a month 😤

I’ve heard that arcane s2 is really good, but I’ve also seen some concerns about its pacing. I haven’t watched arcane s2 yet, though. I would also love to hear a short story reading. Especially that one who’s impersonating you and flinging a bunch of explicit junk out there in the world, grossly misrepresenting you. But I’m glad to hear they got justice served. And I’m even more glad to hear that you’re going to get some wonderful family time for Christmas! You’re all going to be so blessed. I’ll share my holiday plans, it’s quite an interesting story. So, I used to work at Hobby Lobby, and on Thursday the 5th, I was fired. But I didn’t actually know until the next day (that’s how terrible that particular store’s management’s communication is, Lol), but it was just a really bad fit for me for several reasons, but it came down to bad communication and personality friction, so I just went back to driving for Uber until I join the local Police. Now, one major downside of employment at Hobby Lobby is that one may not submit any time-off requests throughout November, December, and January. I didn’t discover this until after they had hired me, much to my shock and horror, as my family lives out-of-state. My dad in particular was extremely upset about it, he’s an emotional, sentimental man. As a family, we all decided to sacrifice this holiday time in the interest of long-term stability and prosperity, as sticking it out with Hobby Lobby until starting Police Academy would allegedly earn me a good account from them, when the Police contact them for my background check. We were all ready to not see each other for the holidays for the first time in my 26 years of being alive. But, after they had quit on me (trust me, I wanted to quit several times because the management at that particular store was very unkind and disrespectful to me), history had forced my hand. I out-waited them! And so, I have no regrets. What had to happen, happened. My dad was the first person I told, and he just so happened to receive a substantial Christmas bonus from his employer, and with that in mind, the first thing he asked me was, “So, does this mean you can come home for Christmas?” And I said yes, if we can make it work financially. And after some planning, he booked a flight for me right on the spot. And for the first time since moving out back in 2018, I will get to see them for more than just two days! I’ll be with them for an entire week. I’m so excited!! My relationships have come a long way in recent years. I used to be very reserved and socially oblivious, and borderline misanthropic. These days however, especially now that I’ve been extraordinarily blessed with and through my church community, I cherish relationships a whole lot more. And with that in mind, both my younger siblings asked me to spend time with them in their own respective ways. Both are fanatically interested in certain video games and want to see me try them. My brother doesn’t share the same values I do, and my sister has gone through some significant mental health challenges in the last three years and as a result, there was some distance created between myself and them, so the fact that both of them INVITED ME to their lives for the holiday is incredibly fulfilling as the oldest brother. My heart is so, so full. My parents too are so excited. We had our falling-out and relational reconciliation in years past, and now it’s my siblings’ turns. Side note: on Thursday the 12th, I got to participate in a White Elephant with my church buddies! That was the first time in my life I had done so. The only other chance I had was when I was in the 8th grade, and I had regretted it ever since. This was so redemptive, and arguably better as I’m much more comfortable with my church association than I was with my classmates back then. I put together a box of Japanese snacks and such, and painted a big, red circle on the box itself, then wrapped it in paper. I had so much fun putting that thing together and making it look Japanese. I was given a sunrise alarm clock, something I had been wanting to buy for months. Now I don’t have to! Oh, and I have no preference. I know whatever you’ll release, it’ll be great.
