You mentioned that you have a skin care routine that you NEVER skip. Can you walk us through your routine (like what kind of products you use and what you do)? 3. And finally I am transporting you back into the forest for the last part of the Forest questions! You leave behind the thatched hut and continue on your journey. As you walk, you come upon a huge lake. You need to get to the other side. Do you jump in and swim across, walk around the lake, or try to find another way across? After making it to the other side, you notice a waterfall. From a scale of 1-10 (1 being the weakest and 10 being the strongest) how powerful is the waterfall. You look back on the lake. Give 3 words to describe the water.

Can you please make traditional ASMR a regular thing? That one you did has quickly become a favorite of mine. I'm not asking for one every week but maybe as often as the guided meditations. Glad you liked Sublime. I'm gonna keep the 90s theme going and suggest Spiderwebs by No Doubt. Listening to them and Sublime at Coachella was mind blowing so I wanted to share some of the experience

I think you'd really like the band Makari, they're a super underrated ambient rock outfit. My personal favorites are "Better" and "Control" off of their first album, but "Closer" is a really good recent release. Anyhow thanks for providing some relief to my profound insomnia lmao
