Honestly you’re probably having the nightmare at 3 AM consistently because at that time you are in a certain stage of sleep and that’s the stage the nightmares are happening.

Really like that idea and am excited what you’ll make of it ☺️ I‘m a little saddened to hear you have had a tough time feeling excited for your audios for a while. I don’t think anyone deserves being happy with what they do more than you do. That being said, I’m glad your in a bubbling with excitement phase again 😋 As a completely professional dream consultant with many certifications from universities that I can’t name for their own protection here are my interpretations: 1. You are subconsciously scared that either a concrete struggle your brother is facing might have a negative impact on his psyche, or that he might be facing such a struggle you do not know about. Since you are talking about an empty elevator shaft I would assume it’s more likely nothing concrete. The elevator itself symbolizes something positive, something that lifts or lifted him up, but because of something that went awry stopped working this way and can now barely support him from losing this precious thing that is lifting his spirits. The being stuck part might be interpreted as a one sided try of clinging to something positive while the other party wanted to move on, not knowing that what they are leaving is what is keeping their spirits from sinking. The contorting of his body probably refers to a negative change most likely to his psyche as a result of this struggle, which has or will last even after the help, in form of the police, has been given. Lastly this might not really reference your brother, but he might be a placeholder for someone else you worry about or a feeling you have yourself. Especially when family members enter the dream they could just symbolize closeness, familiarness, tenderness or similar feelings that your brain morphs into a person. In total I hope neither you nor anyone you care about actually has to struggle in a way that would match this interpretation, and that it stems from random connections rather than actual worry. 2. Since you are referencing Harry Potter, you might have reached this conclusion yourself, but, as stated in the story, a trainstation symbolizes a journey that is about to be taken, a decision where you want to travel on. Since there aren’t many more details to go on, any further interpretation is kinda difficult. If we assume the ,,evil“ train is the only one there, this might symbolize a subconscious feeling of being stuck with a decision that didn’t have an alternative and therefore was no real decision at all and which you aren’t entirely comfortable with. You aren’t sure if the path it symbolizes is a good one and you’re suspicious it might lead somewhere you don’t want to be. But always remember: looks can be deceiving. The ugliest train may carry you to the destination of your dreams. Not everything that looks evil really is. I hope you find the train that carries you where you want to go and can be truly happy 😉 3. Man these are dark. I really hope they aren’t what I’m interpreting at all and just random thoughts, but here we go: The tunnel once again symbolizes a set out path. One you cannot escape and have to follow. A feeling of being stuck and not being able to do anything else but carry on, whether you want to or not. The fact that you’re running might stand for the need to get away from something behind you. The postapocalyptic scenery symbolizes the feeling of the path leading nowhere and things around you fading into irrelevance. For this one I really hope it’s random. I sincerely hope you aren’t feeling stuck or unhappy. I’m really sad to hear you have to deal with dreams like this 😖 4. This one might stem from the realization that even the people that are most important to you will inevitably have to leave you one day. The fear of losing those we love is one we all share and one of the most painful ones to go through. The shark might hereby stand for the suddenness with which something can happen, since a sharkattack is something often realized only after it happened. It is a reminder how precious the people around us are. Cherish them as long as you can. Love, laugh and most of all forgive. I really really hope nothing bad is happening to your mom. From what you told us she seems like such a wonderful person (if she is only half as wonderful as her daughter she definitely is) and neither you nor her deserve to go through such a situation of loss. In the end I hope all of my interpretations are completely off the mark and there are no conscious or subconscious thoughts that are haunting you and that everything is peachy. I also hope the description don’t cause further worries, but you asked for interpretations^^ I guess I shoulda led with that, cause no one is gonna read this far, but oh well 😂 If against my suspicions you do get this far Glow, I wish you all the best and just happy dreams at night and enjoyable events during the days. If you don’t read this far, I obviously wish you the same, but then where would be the point of writing it? Well I guess now I’m the one rambling. Have a wonderful week 🫡

2023-08-14 19:32:55 +0000 UTCI also had a lot of nightmares during the last couple of weeks and I always woke up in the night multiple times. When I got to work I am always really tired not feeling very well. In my dreams there is also somebody (family, friends or myself) who gets hurt. They haunt me the whole day but luckily I don’t have them each night anymore. I hope for you that your dreams also get better :))
