2023-02-25 02:14:43 +0000 UTCI would advise you to try to find the correct fingerings for the pieces you play. For slow pieces it’s sometimes not a real issue, but learning when two use what finger, when two just go 2,3,4,5 and when you need 1,2,3,1 or something like that is REALLY helpful later on and the sooner you get used to it, the easier you have it later. Same with the other advice: try to bend your fingers more and play with the top of the fingers rather than the flats, if that makes sense. Don’t know how to do that with your nails though never tried that^^ But if you don’t bend your fingers you’ll really have a hard time later on, especially when adding black keys, and that’s a habit that dies REALLY slow. I’m talking from experience 😅

And then checked the comments to see if I was right. However, there is only one song I can hear no matter what format first try and that is Water flows into you by Yiruma.
