2022-07-19 16:32:42 +0000 UTCWhat a chance encounter or encounters… whether it’s in line at a store were something dropped or whatever sparks a conversation… to an introduction… and later meeting again because mutual friends… It’s that type of meeting where you spend the rest of day or week thinking about that spark from a place you least expected it… and then when you see them again… its there and conversation, connection, and that spark pics right up again… to the point where you forget you were there originally with other people even… I don’t know if any of this makes sense… I am new to all of this really

2022-07-19 08:35:49 +0000 UTCThe listener asks a close friend for a fun time out at a local festival (food stalls, fishing events, target shooting, sweets, lantern lighting/firecrackers/sparklers, end of the night fireworks, etc.), to which the friend says yes. Friend is a bit flustered when asked, since she secretly has a crush etc. The two have a fun time trying out all the events listed above At the end of the night with fireworks, listener is looking at fireworks, friend is looking at listener, and at the last (and loudest) fireworks, friend confesses, but the listener can't hear because of the noise and view. The two walk back home and the friend is a little upset because the listener wasn't able to hear, but then the listener starts warming up to her by suddenly grabbing her hand during the walk back home.

2022-07-18 23:30:48 +0000 UTCMaybe it's because of Simon's wonderful work recently, but how about: You find out that your best friend secretly writes poetry, and has a full journal of poems. After a bit of gentle teasing, you convince her to start reading some of them to you (maybe the listener lays their head on her lap?). The poems she reads gradually become deeper and more heartfelt, and after a few, it becomes increasingly clear that most of her poems are about the listener. And that these poems are the only way she can express her feelings. That she loves the listener. Completely. 🤷♂️ (It would be super fun to hear Glow write poetry ☺️)

2022-07-18 19:42:27 +0000 UTCA couple of people have been asking for a sad ending and I might have found a way around Glows Problems with the idea (I suggested this last time, but I think that was far too late, so here it is one last time^^): Glows character is dying of a terminal illness (one that isn’t contagious though. Maybe leukemia or something?). The listener enters and Glow asks her family that was with her and any doctors that might have been there to give the listener and her a couple minutes. In the background the ECG is beeping away. The door closes and the two are alone. After a short pause Glow weakly starts talking about how you met, how important the listener became to her over the years and so on. Spilling everything she never managed to tell the listener, admitting she doesn’t want to leave this world being friends. In the end with a weak I love you and one last kiss (or the other way around; dealers choice) the constant beeping turns to one long never ending beep of sadness, separating the two of them for ever (and sparing Glow the begging for a part two in the process)
