Added 2024-01-24 20:38:18 +0000 UTCHello dear people, long time no see! I feel like it took me forever to finish this set, easily one of the most complicated outfits I've used in a photoshoot, and she's not even clothed... Why must I love shiny things?
Initially, I had planned a dark moody setting, but then I realized A) The jewels didn't catch as many reflections and looked dull and B) dim lights AND reflective surfaces like crystals make the rendering times SO long... So I had to scrape that and go for a bright, studio lights settings so everything would pop up and so the renders would finish on time. After I thought I was done, I had to remake some scenes because I realized some jewels were wrongly textured π€¦ and I couldn't live with that. So if by chance I missed a buggy crystal and you notice it, no you didn't!
Next set will probably be RE themed, I need a break from DBD characters at least for one round π I'm missing Wesker and his tentacles, I know I've been postponing a set with him for a long time, but I just need to be in the right mindset to work with tentacles since they do take some work! I'll post an Observer poll soon to decide who the lucky subject of experiments will be π
I've been quite busy and away these weeks so if you've sent a message and I missed it, please send it again! Literally every frame is licked clean, every little detail, every barely noticeable strand of red hair, shadows, roughness of the frame. Why can't I see any small mistakes?
