Here he can be seen sitting on his throne with some Catturn under his influence.
They don't seem to be cultists, aspirants or some such, maybe they where captured or stolen away in their sleep? Perhaps they will finally wake up back at their homes in bed and think the whole thing was a lucid dream but for the window that was surely closed before turning in.
Anyway, hopefully sometime I can elaborate a bit more on the fluff/lore and sorry the post was a bit late. : )
