At&T!!! They have freakinβ monopoly in Houston apartments and so they do not give a shit about their customers or their service, because even if you donβt like it, you can switch anyway lol. Didnβt have internet for the first month in my new place, and I work from home. Fortunately people at work are pretty understanding. I can only imagine what would have happened if j lost my job because of it. When I asked one of the multiple agents I had to speak to, he said that they are not liable for anything, and if I want any help with a hotspot or alternative internet options, I should switch to their phone plan π
