In a quiet hospital ward, a female nurse and two male patients are inexplicably pulled into a shared dream. They find themselves in a majestic, snow-covered palace, where the nurse has transformed into a formidable, devil-like queen seated on a grand throne. Her cold, commanding presence initially terrifies the two men. Speaking with icy arrogance, she reveals that this frozen domain is a sensual paradise of BDSM and bondage, where they can explore their deepest desires. As fear gives way to understanding, the men embrace the dream, indulging in passionate and romantic moments with the queen, who may still be the nurse in disguise.
