Sadly, we sometimes learn by making “wrong” choices. My advice to avoid regret at any age, is to be true to your heart, follow your passion, make an informed decision, but don’t procrastinate so much that the delay makes your decision for you. Above all, live each day, as best you can, to the fullest.

Alfredo Forino

Hola Martin! My first comment on your page. Just to say you are doing brilliant work! When I was 22 and finishing university, one of my friends gave me the book "Letters to a Young Poet" by Rainer Maria Rilke. I try to read it every few years, and now, at 34, this quote they underlined feels more profound as time passes: “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.” And, of course, exercise.
