The tag for this show was "Not every Hero is super" and I liked how it concentrates on a small team of non-powered agents operating in a world filled with people with superpowers.

The centipede that Mike had used Extremis (the chemical that was created and used by the villians in that movie. ) The events of the movies do have an effect on the show so keep those in mind as you go through. You may also want to watch the one shot on Disney Plus called Item 47 before you watch episode 6 just for some references and Eastereggs.
