On the Nature of Daylight is such a gorgeous, emotional song. It always reminds me of Arrival as well, that movie ended up solidly my favorite movie overall after watching it way too many times and never enjoying it any less.

2024-08-27 03:31:36 +0000 UTCIt’s a really incredibly well done episode. It differs quite a bit from the game, probably the most the show ever does, and entirely for the better. The romance is only implied in the game, and they’ve ended up apart by the time you reach Bill in the game. Mentioning Bill not being able to be himself.., especially when you remember that in the show society ended in 2003, far before so much change in society accepting gay/queer people (and even more so, prepares tend toward political conservatism that would force him even more into the closet).
