The Clone Wars Ep 104-107 FULL REACTION (Ahsoka Arc!)

Hey guys! Hope all is well! This was my favorite Arc of the whole series. Ahsoka has been just a beautiful presence for so long in this series and to see just how much she has grown by this point in the story and making one of the hardest decisions anyone would have to make and still does it. Really places her as a character I will always be in awe of Just beautiful <3

The Clone Wars Ep 104-107 FULL REACTION (Ahsoka Arc!)

Comments

I’ve probably said this before, that Star Wars saved my life. In particular the characters Anakin, Ahsoka, and Luke. I grew up with all of them, and continue to do so today. True story: I got to meet Ashley Eckstein on my birthday this past September at my local comic con (which is ironically the day after her birthday). I got to tell her how much she meant to me, and she really listened to what I had to say. It felt like we were the only people in the room. She hugged me and quietly sang happy birthday to me. The best birthday I ever had. Great reaction Imon. I’m so glad you’re a fan of her as I am. I was holding in tears watching this again.

The reason you're so frustrated during this arc is because you saw first hand that Ahsoka didn't do this. If you take the perspective of the Jedi council and the clones, the evidence is there that Ahsoka did this, and the council are thinking logically rather than with their emotions towards Ahsoka, which is what they always have done and always will do. I understand and empathize with your frustration because we all love Ahsoka and know she's innocent, but it's really quite an understandable accusation when you take their perspective into account. Edit: Also, you need to watch Rebels before Bad Batch and Ahsoka, or else you will be very confused with the storylines.

Don't know if you mention it after the show but the narrator is Tom Kane, who also does the voice acting for Yoda and Admiral Yularen as well. And also don't know how the notifications for messages work, but just letting you know, IIRC, 3 council members voted no on kicking Ahsoka out. Obi Wan, Yoda and Plo Koon.

Oh yeah, that "this was actually your knight trial" crap was just them being arrogant and refusing to accept blame. Unlike the 3 who voted not to kick Ahsoka out were the ones with the apologies at the end. Those 3 being Obi Wan, Plo Koon and Yoda.

Can't wait for you to watch season 7! Season 7 premiered in 2020, compared to season 1 which premiered in 2008. Also can't wait for you to watch The Bad Batch! It's a little more story focused!

One of the greatest arcs done. This was amazing. At the end when the Jedi Council says that this was actually "your great trial" and the will of the force, it really seems like the Jedi are just making it up to cover up their own failure. It seems like you said something similar about the jedi misinterpreting the will of force. The Jedi messed up, are trying to save face and offer to make Ahsoka a full jedi knight. Ahsoka sees through the BS and says no, I'm out. She made the right choice I think. At the very end when Anakin says that he knows what it's like to want to leave the order and Ahsoka says to him "I know", a lot of us think that that's Ahsoka saying to Anakin that she knew about his relationship with Padme and knew that at times he considered leaving the order for Padme. The way his face looks it's almost like he's thinking, "Wait you knew?"

Also it's funny you should mention you watch the LoTR trilogy as one story, as they were actually all filmed at the same time.

And here we are, pretty much at the peak of Clone Wars. I'd argue this is probably the 2nd best or 3rd best arc in all of Clone Wars. Also, some trivia. This was actually the original ending to Clone Wars, because shortly after this season, Star Wars was bought by Disney from George Lucas, and they cancelled the show, before letting Dave Filoni finish the half made season 6, released on Netflix as "The Lost Missions", which would then become the new ending, before some years later, letting Dave Filoni and the Clone Wars team create the *planned, actual* ending for the show.
