I call this the tank episode, I always remember the scene of Abraham (Bull) crawling away from that burning tank. That scene when he's in the barn, I know he's a brave man, but even he must have felt fear, cut off from his men, the enemy all around him, not knowing if the man and woman in the barn would scream and give away his position.
The series does such a great job at keeping the viewer on edge. You can't help but feel for them. I've never watched this series with my brothers before. I don't see them that often but whenever I watch TV with them they sometimes make fun of me a little, they say things like "It's not real." I just get so invested sometimes.
I love the scene when the men meet that father and son. One of them gives that wee boy some chocolate, his father said "He never tasted chocolate." The look on his face, such a sweet moment.
I loved that shot of the men parachuting from the planes. I love what you said "It's oddly beautiful."
I love watching TV with you Imon, you always make it so beautiful. You're beautiful, always. <3
