2024-01-15 05:57:02 +0000 UTCI love this episode. I love Claire and Jamie. I love the moment when he calls her “Mo Nighean Donn” My brown haired lass and begins to describe her hair. I love that even though Sassenach is often used in a derogatory way to describe English people, Jamie uses it as a term of endearment. I’ll be honest, I’ve been surprised over these episodes hearing how much you like Dougal and how honorable and respectful he is. I never thought of him like that. I can’t find honor in a man who is telling his nephew’s new wife to “sample other pleasures.” I’ll be curious to see if your opinion remains the same over the course of the show
