Unfortunately, the gore will just get worse. I don't find it all that gross because I can suspend my disbelief if it is just 2D drawings, but it is still extremely jarring to me. I, personally, want to know if Makima is planning something else because she said 30 convicts, and that did not look like 30 people. Hopefully, I'm just looking too deep into it, but I think she is going to kill some more people with the rest of the prisoners. Or maybe they just did it off-screen, perhaps she killed a group of men and had them removed before bringing the rest in. I imagine there were far more gunmen than the handful we were shown.
