Hello Everyone! Welcome New Patrons *Important*
Added 2022-10-14 20:35:50 +0000 UTCHello everyone!
I just want to take a moment to say thank you all so much for your continued support for me, this channel and my editors. I would not be where I am without you guys, so from the bottom of my heart I thank you all <3
There are many new Patrons and I wanted formally welcome you all aboard here!
So Hello Hello and welcome! Truly appreciate your Patronage and hope the content has been enjoyable.
I know that a lot of you are here for Arcane, I wanted to ask everyone what other show would you say matches up with Arcane? I wanted to know what to watch after all my reactions to Arcane come out, and I need your help with that. I keep seeing comments about the show The Expanse. I guess that could be one contender. But would love to know everyones thoughts so please comment down below and let me know what some of your suggestions are.
Thank you all again and hope you guys have a really nice weekend!
- Imon

I really appreciate everyones replies/responses! The good news is I will eventually get to most of the shows that were suggested to me although it will take me some time to do so lol. I really don't like watching ten shows at a time because then I cant give each of the shows the attention it really deserves. If you guys are patient with me I shall get to a lot of these! And I am excited to start a couple new shows right now. Again thank you all for your support <3

2022-10-17 22:48:05 +0000 UTCNot related to Arcane per say, but other shows you've reacted to like BCS or Bojack, Succession is an extremely dense and compelling drama/comedy about toxic family relations and generational abuse. Shockingly few people are reacting to Succession despite it's insane level of quality.

2022-10-16 23:16:08 +0000 UTCSince you're watching supernatural I'd say you should check out the animated version. It's not canon so there would be no spoilers but it is a fun little watch. 22 episodes so a bit long. If you want something short though there's a show I really enjoyed this year called we own this city which is a docuseries about the corruption within the baltimore police force. 6 episodes but very good. Stars the guy who played punisher whose name escapes me.
Dune
2022-10-16 05:31:00 +0000 UTCI don't believe it was at all, but visually it's got a comparable vibe & feel is what I meant.

2022-10-16 03:29:07 +0000 UTCArcane wasn’t rotoscoped, was it?
Dooly
2022-10-16 03:27:30 +0000 UTCI think you would like Land of the Lustrous. Only 12 eps, but really great.

2022-10-15 22:04:48 +0000 UTCAs far as animated shows, Avatar the Last Airbender and the follow-up The Legend of Korra, The Legend of Vox Machina on Amazon, The Dragon Prince. Not animated, but a super underrated comedy about a video-game studio is on Apple Tv called Mythic Quest, you may enjoy that since you like Community. The actor who plays Abed is in it.
Camelot VFX
2022-10-15 19:34:31 +0000 UTCMost people already saw it when it was on Netflix.
Dooly
2022-10-15 17:09:10 +0000 UTCGhost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is also a really good show, with lots of great stories to tell and awesome characters,
Stryfe
2022-10-15 14:26:15 +0000 UTCMaybe give The Sandman a shot Imon.

2022-10-15 10:55:04 +0000 UTCMore people need to watch daredevil

2022-10-15 06:15:08 +0000 UTCArcane is really unique so there isn't really anything like it. Assuming you haven't already seen Avatar The last Airbender though, that's a must-watch for animated shows especially in the character development department.

2022-10-15 06:04:10 +0000 UTCOh yeah, I came back to add (because I forgot), 'Undone' on Prime Video. The first season is really good imo, I haven't really checked out S2 yet. There's just way too much to watch these days. So I won't spoil anything, the only thing I'll say is that it covers a topic that I feel you'd personally find interesting based off of many of the before and after show discussions you you've had with us. Animated in a similar fashion as Arcane.

Dune
2022-10-15 02:05:25 +0000 UTCI'll go with the Imperfects on Netflix, only 10 episodes

2022-10-15 02:05:19 +0000 UTCYou absolutely need to check out The Legend of Vox Machina on Amazon. I can say with 100% certainty that you will enjoy it. Think Invincible crossed with The Last Kingdom.

2022-10-14 23:37:27 +0000 UTCExtraordinary Attorney Woo, which lost in the polls to Arcane, would make for a good watch.

2022-10-14 23:36:47 +0000 UTCI'm new here but I've been watching your YT for a while, well on and off 😀 I like "Slime" actually. There is a show with some similarities to it called GATE (2015) I don't know if you've heard of that one. A guy who just wants to relax ends up adventuring in another world.

2022-10-14 23:26:11 +0000 UTCThe amazing world of gumball would be fun😂

2022-10-14 23:09:30 +0000 UTCCyberpunk edgerunners on Netflix is kinda comparable to arcane, except it’s an anime, naruto, fire force, chainsaw man, and blue lock are all shows I’d love to see reactions to. As far as tv shows, euphoria would be a great watch😯.

2022-10-14 23:08:14 +0000 UTCI don't know about anything like Arcane.... But there are already a lot of good suggestions here. There's so many good shows that you haven't reacted to yet I don't think you're going to run out 😅. I saw Daredevil in the comments and honestly most of the old Netflix Marvel shows are worth watching. I know you've already seen Punisher. Those were some great reactions. The Expanse is good, it was just really hard for me to follow at first.
Stairguy
2022-10-14 22:29:35 +0000 UTCThe Expanse is really good. I think I initially discovered reaction channels because of that show. Actually, now that I think about it... 🤔 the first ever reaction videos I saw were because of the San Junipero episode of Black Mirror, but I didn't get hooked on them until years later when I discovered people watching The Expanse and The Good Place. The Expanse is consistently good though. Btw, if you're ever up for suggestions for comedy, "I Love That For You" & "Reboot" are some hidden gems.

2022-10-14 21:38:58 +0000 UTCCastlevania is a masterclass in storytelling, action and animation. You will truly enjoy it if you can be prepared for some serious gore.

2022-10-14 21:33:09 +0000 UTCThere is a lot more SW Shows/Movies to come!
Imon_Snow
2022-10-14 21:21:34 +0000 UTCThe Wire ! 20th anniversary this year and still a show everyone should watch Also i see someone recommended Fleabag, id like to hear your take on it as well :) The whole show is 12ep of 20mn so not too heavy lol The expanse is fine too i guess but if u start a long show might as well do the Wire ..

2022-10-14 21:21:15 +0000 UTCI think Peacemaker is an amazing show to check out. If you liked The Suicide Squad movie from 2021 or just Guardians of the Galaxy, Peacemaker is a fantastic show to check out. It’s also only 8 episodes so it’s not too much of a commitment in terms of time.
Adam Grunther
2022-10-14 21:16:50 +0000 UTCOne Piece! Jk, kinda. It's phenomenal and right up there with the best of the best, but probably too long to react too (though some have done it!). I'd probably back the Agents of Shield, Daredevil and Vox Machina comments here. Clone Wars is also good since you've started to get into SW. Maybe The Dragon Prince too? It's made by one of the writers of ATLA, iirc.

2022-10-14 21:10:23 +0000 UTCAndor should definitely make the list at some point!

2022-10-14 21:01:47 +0000 UTCDaredevil is also a really great show that it totally worth watching

2022-10-14 21:01:30 +0000 UTCI just started watching the Castlevania animated series as my Halloween-vibes show and it is surprisingly brilliant! The Legend of Vox Machina is also a ton of fun. As far as live-action, Ted Lasso is one of the most joyful and poignant shows I have ever seen and I cant recommend it enough! (the Expanse is still on my to-watch list, but I've heard good things...)
SLAPAPOW
2022-10-14 21:00:50 +0000 UTCa VERY different vibe from Arcane, but Vox Machina is great!

2022-10-14 20:53:24 +0000 UTCIf you're looking for more fantasy, Shadow and Bone on Netflix is about to get its second season and is the closest I can think of to Arcane's Steampunk feel; otherwise I'd love to see The Witcher season two. For animated fantasy, DOTA: Dragon's Blood (also on Netflix) has been a wild ride I think you'd enjoy with a great cast of characters.

2022-10-14 20:52:06 +0000 UTCWell idk about everyone else but I came recently because of the Star Wars reactions so the more SW shows and movies you watch, the longer I'll stay a Patron

2022-10-14 20:50:09 +0000 UTCAgents of SHIELD would be awesome.

2022-10-14 20:49:59 +0000 UTCDoesn't look like you've done Spy Family yet? Season 2 is on now, so it's a really good time to join in the fun. Also the JJK 0 movie. And MHA Season 6.
Toasted Toad
2022-10-14 20:47:15 +0000 UTCI don’t have anything Anime to compare to. But a show I think you’d really enjoy is Samurai Jack or The Amazing World of Gumball. As for live action show, because I know you live Mr. Robot (my favorite), check out the very first season of True Detective.
Hunter
2022-10-14 20:45:17 +0000 UTCYes! Much liked, too, but not many people reacted to it.

2022-10-14 20:43:50 +0000 UTCThe Legend of Vox Machina is a pretty awesome show an animated series based on stories from the original campaign that started it all. Critical Role, the team behind Vox Machina, is a troupe of voice actors who have been playing Dungeons & Dragons together since 2014. Their weekly broadcasts on Twitch comprise one of the most popular “actual play” experiences in the world — that is, a performance devoted to actually playing D&D in real time. The first season of the animated show draws upon the events of the first campaign, and is engineered to be the perfect point of entry for newcomers to a sprawling multimedia adventure, and a jumping off point for never-before-seen adventures.

2022-10-14 20:41:24 +0000 UTCFleabag is top tier and one I think you would be able to offer great commentary on. Much love <3

2022-10-14 20:41:10 +0000 UTCIf you're looking for suggestions: Severance (AppleTV). Super weird and awesome.

2022-10-14 20:41:07 +0000 UTCThe Expanse and Steins;Gate would be great Sci-Fi shows to check out, they're both amazing
