You should probably check out "The Duellists"(1977) which is the first film Ridley Scott directed. It's a great film. I've been waiting for you to react to this movie. I'm glad you enjoyed it😁

Yes, CZJ has a famous scene in Entrapment. :-)
I certainly wouldn't mind a Zorro/Entrapment double bill.

I fell in love with Catherine Zeta-Jones after seeing “Mask of Zorro”. She did a movie with Sean Connery called “Entrapment” which came out around the same time as “The Phantom Menace”. And, I got to tell you, it was a close call in choosing which movie I was going to see. I finally decided to go with “Star Wars”, but I did later see “Entrapment”.

I liked this movie OK, but not as much as I could have. I think its problem was that the movie it most parodies, Prince of Thieves, itself has so many comic and campy elements that it doesn't leave much room for this one.
A fun follow-up swashbuckler film would be The Mask of Zorro (1998).
(Alternatively, you could abandon the fun but stick to England with Arthurian movies such as Excalibur (1981) or King Arthur (2004).)
