i should tell you that at this point fans had popular theories on zhang's machine and knowing those theories made certain conversations revealing in a way that they may not be for you in this watch of the show. at this point zhangs conversation with elliot on the phone was seen as basically confirmation of certain theories

2022-01-30 05:44:33 +0000 UTCsuper minor detail, it was the FBI at the door, actually more or primarly due to the info dump (however unrealistic that reaction time is) I'll hold of on being specific but some visuals we were shown a couple seasons ago about the plant obviously look like something else from what you've labled it though your interpretation is understandable ;)

The Dark Army wasn't there to kill Tyrell lol, they were listening in on Elliot's apartment and then the situation spiralled out of control and Tyrell got shot after killing the soldier
